Engr Daniel, 39, says he’s finally beginning to feel like himself again. He recently returned to his engineering job and he’s growing a support group of people in his community who’ve been diagnosed with Spondylosis & Bone degeneration.

Engr Daniel’s life was turned upside down in October 2019 when he was called back after his regular Checkup. He had always noticed some symptoms like Back Pains, Back stiffness and muscle spasms in his waist and legs, significant numbness and excessive fatigue, which has been greatly affecting his Job. His tests results found that he had lumbar spondylosis unknowingly to him; his spines level L4-L5 had been affected, while also suffering from.
